Virtual Support Package - 1000

(Does not include face-to-face birth support, meetings offered virtually)

Phone, e-mail, and texting support from the time you enroll in services during pregnancy through six weeks postpartum 9am-9pm

1st Prenatal session covering birth planning and what to expect from your labor support techniques for your partner, positioning, and pain relief basics

2nd Prenatal session covering what/if scenarios, gentle cesarean options, postpartum preparation

If needed phone or text support during labor for questions to be answered or advice to progress labor, as well as advice on intervention options and pain management

1 Postpartum visit

Birth Doula Package - 1550

(includes everything above and in-person support)

Coffee Date or FaceTime meeting

2 Prenatal Visits (explained above)

24/7 support over the phone until your due date

Support during labor at home (if chosen) and then at hospital or birthing

center (unlimited hours)

1 Postpartum Visit
